Аннотация
Экономические отношения США и Евросоюза - важный фактор мировой экономики и политики в силу своего масштаба и содержания. На современном этапе предусматривается заключение соглашения о зоне свободной торговли. В работе изучены подходы членов Конгресса США, участников американской торговой политики, её особенности, проблемы трансатлантической торговли. Сделаны выводы о переговорной позиции и целях США, перспективах соглашения и возможном ответе России.
