Abstract
For today the development condition of small and medium entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan far from level, related to market economy, there are still many unsolved problems. In current article the author undertakes attempt to approve the priority problems interfering development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic from the point of view of presence of a complexity problems of a political, economic, organizational and cultural content. In accordance with opinion of the author, a problem of small and medium entrepreneurship of Kyrgyzstan are not understood yet in a complex by the decision makers. Separate elements of development problems of sector are in most cases considered. The state policy on small and medium entrepreneurship support has declarative character, provides "cosmetic" and inconsistent measures. As the recommendation under the decision of a problem the author suggests to optimize a state policy with taking into account of above mentioned complex of problems.
