Abstract
The article analyzes the processes in the family and marriage sphere of the Bashkir population. The article shows the dynamics of changes in the marriage structure, unregistered marriages, divorces, and the interethnic composition of families, describes the motives for entering into a religious marriage, gender division of family responsibilities, and reproductive attitudes.
