Abstract
Based on fifty-seven in-depth interviews with doctors and heads of medical institutions in Moscow and the regions (Vologda and Kaluga regions), informal practices of relationships in the medical shop are described. Special attention is paid to the answer to the question: do doctors, as a professional group, represent a community of Autonomous professionals or do they seek to teamwork in your work?
