Abstract

The creative heritage of L.N. Tolstoy worries readers for more than a hundred years. Linguists noted that many territorially marked lexemes are used by Tolstoy as a significant means of creating ethnographic paintings. The author of the article considers this aspect in one of the earliest works of Tolstoy - the trilogy “Childhood. Adolescence. Youth".
