Abstract
Interest groups’ influence on U.S. Arctic Policy is investigated in the article. Modes of their interaction between each other as well as with organs of power are analyzed. Its channels development is forecasted. Supporters of the interest groups among state and federal power are defined. U.S. economic and political interests in the Arctic toward Russia are determined.
