Статья посвящена дискуссиям в США по вопросам финансирования ПРО с 2009 г. по настоящее время. Автор анализирует аргументы сторон - представителей администрации, Конгресса, а также военно-промышленных кругов США и лоббистов - и перспективы финансирования ПРО.
