Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of existential foundations of law, its anthropological causes and sources. The author makes an attempt to solve this problem in distinguishing of different types of an individual, mankind, civilizations regarding to law and its genesis. In this connection the author makes more precise the term "law" and claims, that its application is worth using only in the strict anthropological context.
