Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются особенности каталонского и шотландского сепаратизма и отношение к нему правительств Испании и Великобритании. Если Лондон разрешил провести в Шотландии референдум о независимости и согласился признать его результаты, то Мадрид воспротивился такому сценарию в Каталонии.
