Abstract

The article is devoted to the new tendencies and principles of China's policy in the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), which are reflected in a number of foreign policy documents of China, the intensification of political and trade and economic relations, in the declaration of the forums CELAC— China, in the activities of specialized structures within the framework of the project "1 + 3 + 6". The article proves that the connection of the LAC countries to the project "One belt — one way" meets the policy of internationalization of Chinese companies and the "development strategy outside."
